Sales, Admin & Customer Support at Swandean Quality Meats

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Sales, Admin & Customer Support representative to join our team. You will be responsible for processing customer orders, managing enquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of our customer service. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can maintain high standards under pressure. We're a team full of foodies, so we're looking for someone with a love of food to join us.

Hours

Monday to Friday	5:00am – 1:30pm
Saturday	5:00am – 9:00am

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing: Accurately input customer orders and ensure prompt processing.
Customer Interaction: Respond to calls and emails, providing information and resolving issues.
Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up on orders and customer queries.
Issue Resolution: Organise credits and address customer concerns efficiently.
Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks and support the sales function.
Team Collaboration: Work within a close-knit team to maintain service standards.
General Office Duties: Perform ad hoc tasks as required.

The Ideal Candidate

Communication Skills: Excellent telephone manners and communication skills are essential.
Organisational Skills: Methodical and able to multitask effectively.
Attention to Detail: Ability to perform tasks accurately under pressure.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Team Player: Positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team.
Interest in Food: A passion for food is preferable. Product knowledge will be highly beneficial.
